Dhokla 200g
The khatta dhokla is a sweet and spongy snack native to the Indian state of Gujarat. It is a steam preparation made from fermented rice dough or Urad Dal. The Gits Khatta Dhokla mix is a quick snack that you will prepare in instant.

Recipe :
1. Mix 60ml of yoghurt with 240ml of water and 45ml of oil.2. Add the dhokla mix gradually to make a smooth paste
3. Grease two molds with oil and pour the dough inside. Sprinkle with black pepper or red pepper powder.
4. Boil over high heat for 12 minutes
5. Let cool for 5 minutes, cut into cubes and add leaves of mustard curry and tadka.
