Order
You can also order without registration (as guest) with us. In this case, we only need your postal address and e-mail address. We use your email address only for communication with your order, in order to be able to contact you quickly. If you wish to order as a guest without a user account, your personal data can not be saved and must be given again in the case of a next order. Also, you can not get more information about your order process later. If you want to use these additional features, please register once as a customer and log in with your e-mail address (or user-created user name) and your password. All your data will be stored and processed in compliance with data protection regulations, see also our privacy policy. No other use or transfer to third parties takes place.
Upon receipt of your order, we usually ship your ordered products within 24 to 48 hours. For orders which arrive at the weekend with us, it can also take 24 hours longer.
We ship your orders within 24 hours. As soon as we have processed and sent your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the shipping number by email. This shipment number can be used to track the progress of the shipment.
Yes, if you have ordered with a customer account, you can always see what the current status is. But unfortunately the guest users do not have this possibility. In this case they follow by e-mail or contact us directly via email customer@logam.ch

Logam has no minimum order value. But you can save shipping costs by combining the several small orders.
No, you can not place your order by phone. Only for Gastro-customers we offer the possibility to order by e-mail and pay by invoice.

Delivery
The delivery period for deliveries within Switzerland is approximately 2-4 business days. As soon as your order leaves our house, you will receive an e-mail confirmation the same evening. This shipment number can be used to track the progress of the shipment.
As soon as your order leaves our house, you will receive an email confirmation by e-mail directly from our logistics partner Hermespaket the same evening. This includes your personal tracking link for the automated shipment tracking at our logistics partner Hermespaket. This way, you can always check where your package is located.
The shipping costs for economy is currently 9 CHF and for priority 12 CHF. The order over 100.- CHF will be delivered free of charge.

Return
After receipt of the goods, you have the opportunity to revoke your order for two weeks and return the items received to us. Read more about return and revocation right here. In the event of a complaint please contact our Customer Service.

No, you can not pay by invoice at the moment. Only for Gastro-customers we offer the possibility to order by e-mail and pay by invoice.
