Keema is a traditional Asian dish made with mince - flavour it with spicy curry powder and pack in some carrots and potatoes for extra texture. Recipe: Heat oil and fry onions until transparent, add garlic and ginger paste, minced meat and Shan Keema Mix, and stir-fry until liquid almost dried. Add tomatoes, and 1-2 cups water. Cover and cook on low heat until minced meat is tender. Add green chillies, fresh coriander and cook until oil separates from the gravy, stirring continuously. Serve with hot Roti or Naans. Ingredients: Coriander, Red Chilli, Paprika, Himalayan Pink Salt, Onion, Turmeric, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves, Green Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Garlic, Brown Cardamom, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, anti-caking agent.
